Sourabh Mukherjee

Sourabh is the Chief Business Officer at BDO EDGE and spearheads the business operations with a keen focus on both client and employee satisfaction to enhance the BDO experience. Sourabh is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience across Big 4 firms, specialising in assurance, deal advisory, valuations, restructuring and IPOs. A commerce graduate and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has worked extensively with clients in financial services, energy and resources, and consumer and industrial products.

As Chief Business Officer at BDO EDGE India, Sourabh drives the Centre’s growth, quality and profitability, leading teams that support BDO Alliance and Network firms globally.

Previously, as Advisory Managing Director at BDO RISE, he scaled the Advisory & ASP practice from 40 to 350 professionals in two years and managed operations for 2,000 professionals. He is well-versed in US GAAP, IFRS, SEC, PCAOB, AICPA and ISA, and has led diverse global teams to deliver excellence on international engagements.
